The Iame air box foam is specially designed to fit the internal sleeve of X30 air boxes (including post-2018 models). Its role is vital: filter the incoming air without curbing the flow required for performance. It retains dust particles, gum debris (pick-up) and moisture, ensuring that only a pure air enters your Tillotson carburetor.
The IAME biconic spring is specially designed to connect the exhaust manifold and the relaxing pot on the motorizations X30 and KA100. Its "biconic" shape (wider at the ends only at the ends) is not aesthetic: it allows a uniform distribution of the voltage and a better absorption of the high frequency vibrations specific to the 2-time competition engines.

Machined with a perfect flatness, it allows the bell to rotate freely without excessive play, ensuring that the clutch remains perfectly aligned with the motor output sprocket. A worn or missing washer can cause quick destruction of the needle cage or clutch lock.
