The Revision kit for diameter brake pump 19 mm is a complete set of original repackaging (Original Freeline Racing Parts). It is essential for restoring absolute sealing, hydraulic pressure and reactivity of your rear brake master cylinder or 19 mm.

As shown in detail the reference photo 12856.jpgThis all-in-one kit brings together all the hardware and internal wear parts necessary for professional refurbishment. Rather than replacing a complete master cylinder, this package of factory parts allows you to eliminate pressure losses, liquid leaks at the pedal and the phenomenon of "spongy pedal" that spoil your chronos on the track.

Full description of the product (H1: Revision kit for brake pump / master-cylinder diameter 19 mm)

The revision kit for diameter brake pump 19 mm is a complete set of original repackaging (Original Freeline Racing Parts). It is essential for restoring absolute sealing, hydraulic pressure and reactivity of your rear brake master cylinder or 19 mm.

As shown in detail the reference photo 12856.jpg, This all-in-one kit brings together all the hardware and internal wear parts necessary for professional refurbishment. Rather than replacing a complete master cylinder, this package of factory parts allows you to eliminate pressure losses, liquid leaks at the pedal and the phenomenon of "spongy pedal" that spoil your chronos on the track.

Complete composition of the kit (visual in accordance with 12856.jpg):

  • 1x Main reminder spring: To guarantee the instantaneous return of the piston in the initial position.

  • 2x high pressure sealing seals: Calibrated for a 19 mm bore.

  • 1x black rubber dust bellows: Protects the entry of the cylinder of the splashing and dust projections.

  • 1x black steel retainer circlip: Ensures the secure blockage of the internal mechanism.

  • 1x Cap / Axle shoulder metallic: For the upper mechanical link.

  • Shape axis, split pin, flat washer and "E" clips (axle clips): The entire micro-screws of linkage indispensable for a clean and secure winding.

👨🔧 3. Tip in Michel (the corner of the expert)

* "Hi late braking trappers! The 19 mm master cylinder is the heart of your hydraulic system. If you have to press the pedal twice to start slowing down, or if there is a fat and black deposit under the protective bellows, do not look Further: your internal joints are cut or tired.

My trick of old briscard to use this kit 12856.jpg as a pro: the cleaning of the internal bore is to be done at 200%.

When you disassemble the old piston, dust and moisture often create a slight rough deposition or micro-oxidation at the bottom of the aluminum cylinder. If you slide your new joints out there without rubbing, the rough walls are waking the rubber from the first shots. Use a flexible nylon swab or a clean cloth soaked in brake cleaner for the interior shining like a mirror.

To the reassembly, lubricate the two black seals generously and the spring with clean brake fluid (DOT 4 or DOT 5.1). Do not go up dry ones, otherwise, to return them to the first pumping. And blunder at the circlip (which you see on the image 12856.jpg): Use a real circlip clamp to house it in its throat. If he goes upright straight line, you will not have any brakes at all! "*

📐 4. The Rehabilitation Guide: Step by Step

1.Demontage of the brake pump:10 min.

Put the kart on trolley. Completely drain the brake fluid circuit. Disconnect the power hose and the linkage connected to your pedal, and then remove the chassis master cylinder.

2.Design of the mechanism:10 min.

Remove the old dust bellows. Using a circlip clamp, remove the retainer clip. Take out the axle, the piston, the old seals and the used reminder spring.

3.Slage and preparation:5 min.

Follow the tip in Michel: Inspect the 19 mm cylinder inside, clean it from the bottom and dry with compressed air. Open your bag of new parts 12856.jpg.

4.Remontage and purging:15 min.

Install the new baked seals to the brake fluid on the piston. Insert the new spring, push the entire straight into the master cylinder and lock it all with the new circlip of the kit. Rest the rubber bellows, reassemble the pump on the kart, reconnect the supplied hardware and take a careful purge.

❓ 5. FAQ SEO (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: How to be sure that my brake pump is a model of diameter 19 mm ?

A: The diameter of 19 mm corresponds to the internal bore where the piston slides. This dimension is usually engraved directly on the aluminum body of the freeline master cylinder (often marked "19"). If you have a doubt, disassemble your original piston and measure its exact external diameter with a slide foot.

Q: Does the aluminum outdoor body of the brake pump are included in this kit ?

A: Not. As illustrated in the photo 12856.jpg, This product is a maintenance kit. It comprises exclusively the set of internal moving parts and seals. The alloy body of the pump must be reused (unless it has deep inner stripes impossible to catch up).

Q: Can I use this kit if my circuit works with silicone oil (dot 5) ?

A: This original kit uses high quality elastomers designed to be perfectly compatible with standard competition synthetic brake fluids such as Dot 4 and the Dot 5.1. Be careful not to confuse the dot 5.1 (compatible) and the silicone dot 5 which requires specific joints under penalty of rapid degradation.
