The TAD safety vest Securitas is a development that uses as a shock absorber the high-tech material Poron. The advantage of Poron is that it behaves in the "normal state" like foam. On impact, it hardens and absorbs the impact energy to 90%. The TAD Poron safety vest Securitas is decidedly lighter than a conventional rib protection vest and does not restrict the freedom of movement. Due to the high elasticity a very good fit is achieved.
