The Yuasa YTX9-BS battery is an original battery, sold with electrolyte (acid). It must therefore be completed before use. It's a battery syears maintenance, it does not require acid level checks but must be completed before use. Yuasa quality ensures quality and longevity at this battery.

It is important to load a motorcycle battery with a motorcycle battery charger, such as with the Optimate battery charger 4 Dual TECMATE PROGRAMbut in no case with a car charger !!!

The instructions for use is not complicated:

• Place the battery on a flat surface, remove the sealing sheet
• Detach the strip of the electrolyte container caps
• Place the container upside down and push strongly to break the seals
• Check that the air bubbles go back well and leave this way about twenty minutes
• Gently remove the container once all the liquid has elapsed
• Place the tape of caps at the same level as the top of the battery with both hands

Your battery is ready for use.

If you do not intend to use it right away, it will be necessary to charge it once a month (with a motorcycle battery charger Optimated) on pain of losing 20% of its capacity and 30% of its life. Completely discharged over a month, the deterioration of the battery is irreversible.
