Article 4: Manufacturing failure

If the karting tyres show a manufacturing defect, the Customer must inform the Company within a period of7 daysFollowing receipt of the order. The default will be assessed by the Company, and if the latter is proven, the Company will exchange the defective product at its own expense or refund, depending on the Customer's preference.
