• As every year, we present you the new features of the 2024 season that will be introduced into the karts and products Birel ART – Freeline for the 2025 season.

  The acronym that characterizes the new models for 2025 will beS18.

  Based on modelsS16, as every year, we worked during the racing season to develop and implement the performance of our karts, modifying geometries, materials and certain accessories, introducing new details to always have a better product both in quality and performance, confirmed once again by the many successes we have had during the season.

  All BirelART karts will retain the same registration number for the new period 2025-2027 as was done during an extension of registration. We will introduce the newly approved Free Line "AERO" and "AERO Mini" pods.

    • Brake splitter:Developed during the 2024 season, the new brake transfer box facilitates the adjustment of the distribution and improves its operation.

    

    • Moulds D.50:The new hubs of the Free Line HQ series feature a double mounting screw with better grip on the axis so as to maintain a perfect assicity and avoid displacement

    • OK – KZ Stub Axle: the new Stub Axle has a slightly different lever geometry to improve turns; It also allows for better height adjustment on the frame. The same will apply to both categories with the addition of an aluminium steel support for the KZ.
      

    • AERO:In order to reduce the weight by means of false bearings, improve the aerodynamic efficiency and have a new look, the new freeline side slings moderate. AERO, Hom007-BS-20.
      

    • The DD and SH kart models will be equipped with the new front trim and the new KG-approved backrest.
