New Exclusive Graphics

Every year, Birel ART renews its design, but the 2025 version marks a major evolution.
The new graphics bring a more modern and dynamic identity, highlighting the brand's iconic lines.

New HI-TECH Ring – Setup Launcher & Caster

A new monobloc ring has been developed to simplify and refine the chassis settings:

• Launcher setting: ±4°

• Carrossing adjustment: approximately +12 to –14 mm

• Adjustment now accessible from the upper part of axle "C

• Removal of lower eccentrics for more precision and speed of intervention
  Original mounting on: DD, HS and DD2.

Mini C28 – New High Performance Axle Stub

The new Mini C28 rocket carrier incorporates:

• A redesigned lever allowing different angles of Ackermann

• Improved behaviour and precision at the corner entrance

• Greater height adjustment amplitude on the frame
  Standard equipment on models Mini C28.

New HI-TECH steering column (10 mm)

This new column is equipped with a high-strength 10 mm bearing ensuring:

• Increased rigidity

• More stable and precise direction

• Improved feel during the support and braking phases

Optimized shells for HS and DD categories

For speed change karts, several hulls were developed to adapt to performance requirements:

• Different types of tyres

• Circuit variations

• Conditions encountered in national and international championships

The shells are distinguished by their materials but also by their geometry.
The initials of the different versions are visible inside the container mounting plate.

New reinforced Uniball Rotula

The uniball seat of the steering column has been redesigned to accommodate a more resistant 10 mm patella, bringing:

• Better sustainability

• More precise direction

• A more coherent response under stress
