This high-end adjustable pedal system, machined in the mass (Ticket), is a piece of technical gold from the competition department ofBirel ART. It allows to adjust the distance of the pedals with millimetre precision thanks to a sliding support anchored directly on the steering column support.
This is the ultimate solution to ensure an ergonomic driving position, better braking control and more precise acceleration without having to change the frame.
This Front brake caliper support for KZ (gearbox) category is a high precision mechanical part of origin manufacturer (Original Birel Art). It is specifically developed to adapt to the latest generation of Rockets appeared on the 2025 range.
CNC machined in a block of aeronautical quality metal with a black anodized finish, this support ensures the critical and rigid connection between your front rocket and the brake caliper. In Kz, the front braking system undergoes colossal pressures. This support is dimensioned to eliminate any mechanical twist during violent braking, ensuring a Perfect alignment of the pads on the disc and an ultra-precise feeling at the pedal.
The FREELINE BRAKE CUP (dimensions 25 x 30 x 2 mm) is a high precision replacement hydraulic component of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is designed to ensure absolute internal sealing and pressurizing the circuit at the cylinder master piston on the group's competition chassis Birel Art.
This cup (or specific lip seal) displays an inside diameter of 25 mman outside diameter of 30 mm and a thickness / height of 2 mm. Its technical profile is specially molded to evade under the pressure of the brake fluid, ensuring that no internal leakage occurs when the driver crushes the pedal. Made in a high-end elastomer resistant to chemical aggressions of competitive fluids, it maintains a reactivity of instantaneous and constant pedal, handle after handle.
This High performance treated steel brake disc is a piece of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is a widely known multi-purpose mechanic technique, ensuring two separate functions according to the architecture of your chassis:
At the front on KAZ KARTS / KZ2 (gearbox): It settles on specific front hubs to brake on the management train. Its compactness ("small brake" system) allows you to perfectly accommodate the stirrup system in the restricted space of the rim above all by guaranteeing an immediate biting.
In the back on the mini karts 60cc / minimal / cadet / micro: It acts as a main brake disc on the back tree for categories of young drivers. Its lightness limits the inertia on the rear axle of 30 mm or 40 mm, optimizing the 12 -CC engine reminders while offering a perfectly messy power for children.
Machined in high quality foundry steel, this disc undergoes rigorous heat treatment allowing it to withstand high temperature mounted without veiling. Its ventilations or factory grooves make it possible to effectively dissipate calories and continuously clean the brake pad surface.
Magickart, your official distributor of Charles Leclerc chassis manufactured by Birelart, is proud to present the Birelart CL Rear Brake Disc 2012. This brake disc is specially designed to deliver exceptional braking performance and maximum durability on the track.

The Bumper C3 kg CIK is an equipment indispensable for competition karts, designed to offer a optimal protection from the back of the chassis while respecting the strict standards of the CIK-FIA. Fabricated Kg, a brand recognized for the quality and durability of its pieces, this bumper is CIK-FIA approved (reference 003-simply-55), which makes it comply with the requirements of international competitions.
Foldable and compactIt is ideal for drivers and teams looking for equipment easy to transport And to store in a truck or trailer, without sacrificing robustness or safety.
The Freeline complete kit is an essential accessory for competitive kart. This kit is specially designed to protect the transmission chain from kart, ensuring optimal performance and long service life. It is compatible with several kart models, including Birelart, Charles Leclerc, Kubica, LGK, and Ricciardo.
This Charles Leclerc 2025 Stickers Kit is tailor-made for the Karts of the queens categories without gearbox (OK / OK-JUNIOR) and gearbox (Kz). This version is designed exclusively to marry the aerodynamic lines of FREELINE BODY PATHILLE 509.

KF chassis – S19 – DD 30RY Birel ART 2026
High performance chassis dedicated to X30, KA100 and Rotax
The chassis KF – S19 – DD 30RY Birel ART 2026 represents the most complete evolution of the brand for single-speed motor categories. Designed for Birelart.
Ensure optimal security with the DIN472 BirelArt Clips. These essential parts are designed to provide outstanding performance and increased durability, ensuring accurate and consistent braking response. Made with high quality materials, these clips are ideal for those passionate about karting demanding in terms of performance and safety. They are mounted on the BirelArt brake caliper, specifically on the burst of the caliper (part number 8), ensuring easy installation and perfect compatibility. Magickart is the official distributor of Charles Leclerc's karting parts, manufactured by BirelArt, thus guaranteeing the highest quality products.
The Circlip Birelart is a critical safety piece for your braking system. Its role is to lock the axis that crosses the brake pads inside the stirrup. Without it, the intense vibrations of karting could slide the axis, resulting in the loss of the pads and a total braking failure.
Made of high quality spring steel, this "wire" circlip has a calibrated voltage to stay lodged in the throat of the axis, even under the most severe constraints encountered in competition.
TheFront brake caliper KZ I25X2-H12 / L / A HQ is a high-end component designed by Birelart, specially developed for Category KZ Competition Karts with Gearbox. The 22SR pump cover fills three critical functions:
Protection against contaminants: The brake fluid (dot 4 or 5.1) is hygroscopic (it absorbs the moisture of the air). The lid, associated with its internal membrane, prevents water from polluting the fluid.
Level maintaining: It secures the tank against projections during major vibrations of the kart.
Management of depression: The internal membrane (often associated with the lid) allows the level of liquid to decrease as the platelet wear without creating a vacuum of air in the tank.
This Crochet support plate for exhaust silencer is a spare part of origin manufacturer, specially designed for chassis Birel Art equipped with the motorization Rotax Max dd2. Ideally positioned by brakeThis platinum makes it possible to bridge and suspend the rear part of the muffler using the traction springs.

The cup (or lip seal) is a wear part. Its role is to transform the pressure exerted by your foot into hydraulic pressure into the pipes.
Symptoms of fatigue: "Spongy" pedal (which goes down to the floor), liquid leakage at the bellows (cap), or braking loss during high heat phases.
The material: These joints are EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) to withstand the brake fluid. NEVER USE STANDARD JOINTS Hardware stores, they will disguise in a few minutes in contact with the liquid.
The New Direction Column Racing Birelart has been developed for last generation chassis and meets the technical changes introduced by the brand for the season 2026. This version adopts a 10 mm fixing diameter, offering increased rigidity, better driving accuracy and reliability in competition conditions.
