Sale of karting tyres (GTC)

Karting tires offered for sale on the Company's website are specific products, and once shipped or removed, they are considered to be used products. Therefore, because of their nature and use, karting tyres may not be taken over or exchanged, except in the case ofdefaultManufacture.

Article 3: Non-recovery and non-exchange of karting tyres

The Customer expressly acknowledges that once the karting tires are shipped or handed over to the Customer, no return, exchange or refund will be possible unless the product has a proven manufacturing defect. No claim will be accepted for tires that have been fitted, used or opened.

Article 4: Manufacturing failure

If the karting tires show a manufacturing defect, the Customer must inform the Company within a period of7 daysfollowing receipt of the order. The defect will be assessed by the Company, and if the latter is proven, the Company will exchange the defective product at its own expense or refund, depending on the Customer's preference.

Article 5: Responsibility

CompanyMagickartcannot be held liable in the event of improper use of the karting tyres by the Customer, or in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, maintenance and safety recommendations relating to these products. The Customer is solely responsible for the use and maintenance of karting tires.

Article 6: Changes in conditions

The EnterpriseMagickartreserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of the order.
