The HI-TECH TRECH ST5 is a centerpiece of the rear train of chassis Birelart Charles Leclerc and Ricciardo Kart. This kit includes high-strength aluminum support (bearing) and precision bearing.
The specificity "St5" Designates a performance-oriented design, providing rigorous retaining from the tree while allowing maximum freedom of rotation. Format 50/40 (80mm outer diameter / 50mm interior) is the standard for 50 mm shafts on gearbox (kz) or high performance frames.
FREELINE QUALITY: Made by FREELINE (the official Birelart accessory brand), ensuring perfect compatibility with your chassis.
ST5 Hi-Tech machining: The bearing is designed to optimize the flexion of the chassis. It allows a homogeneous distribution of constraints on the frame tubes.
High speed rolling: Comes with a high quality ball bearing capable of supporting the intense shift loads.
Anodizing Racing: Neat finish that protects against corrosion and facilitates cleaning after sessions in the rain.
"The axle landing is what makes your tree round or not! My Pro Council: When you ride your ST5 bearings, never squeeze the frames at the chassis before slipping your shaft of 50 mm inside. The trick: The tree serves as a centurizer. Once the tree is in place, tighten your beaux cross. If you squeeze the levels in empty, you risk creating a micro-constraint that will curl your bearing. And do not forget: a clean rolling is a fast turnover. If it scratches when you run the tree by hand, it's time to change! "
Alignment: Check that the three bearings (for KZ chassis) are perfectly aligned to avoid brightening the back shaft.
Tightening of the needle: Once the tree is centered, tighten the bearings on the shaft (use light net brake) to prevent it from slipping laterally.
Cleaning: After each output, clean the outside of the bearing. Avoid the high pressure jet directly on the flanges of the bearing so as not to hunt the inner fat.

Note Magickart: A split bearing or a sewered bearing can cause spurious vibrations and engine performance loss. Do not neglect the inspection of your rear train!
The LECONT LOH tyre is a must choice for demanding karting drivers. Approved from 2024 to 2026 in the KZ category, this tire is manufactured in Italy by Lecont, a company recognized for its quality and expertise in the production of competitive tires.
piston TM Racing 10085 Represents the elite of engine technology for KZ categories. Designed specifically for the last generations of engines (KZ10C until R2), this model to Flat sky (zero degrees) is the absolute weapon to optimize combustion. Equipped with a Eightened segment of 0.8 mmIt drastically reduces internal friction, releasing more power at high speed.
The Valve box cover (or intake conveyor) of 29 mm is the major technical evolution of the X30 engines since 2018. Located between the carburetor and the pyramid of valves, its role is to "guide" the vein gas aerodynamically. Its 29 mm inner conduit is perfectly aligned with the new carburetors, eliminating turbulence for more frank acceleration and maximum engine fill.
