The Ignition coil PVL 105-458 is an electronic first choice competition component, manufactured by the German PVL specialist. It is essential as the original and replacement reference for the analog ignition systems mounted on the legendary 125cc gears of the Italian manufacturer's gearbox TM Racing (TM K9 / KZ10 up to recent KZ-R1 and KZ-R2).
This high voltage coil is renowned for its reliability with any test and its ability to deliver a spark of absolute power and regularity, even to the vertiginous diets that characterize the queen category of karting (up to more than 15,000 rpm). Designed to withstand the intense mechanical vibrations of the chassis and at high temperatures under the motor cover, the PVL 105-458 ensures a perfect combustion of the air / gasoline mixture, ensuring that beyond turns out of turn. And a maximum straight line lendle.
Guarantee optimal torque transfer without skating and keep a perfect control flexibility thanks to the Original clutch spring TM KART. The key element of the transmission mechanism of your 125cc gear motor, this spring ensures the constant axial pressure required to tackle the pressure tray against the stack of clutch discs.
On the Official Exploded View (Tavola 6 - Motor Clutch KZ-R3 Total Black), this spring bears the Landmark n ° 4. Manufactured according to the strict specifications of the Italian manufacture, its special steel resists perfectly with the intense heating of the bottom-engine and retains its original stiffness even after hundreds of lap-offs. It offers the ideal compromise between a frank biting during the lever and a progressive progressivity to avoid any untimely skating on the blocks TM KZ-R1, KZ-R2 and KZ-R3.
Guarantee the perfect sealing of your housing with the Seal 40 x 52 x 5 TM Kart (Original piece, reference light 35). Designed to withstand thermal and mechanical stresses of Karting Kz engines.
New steel KZ exhaust pipe approved for national and international categoriesH79g 2024 CIK-FIA 039-SE-24
Delicate the Standard TM KZ motor From the Italian firm TM Racing. A state-of-the-art competition block with a 6-speed box and a 30 mm racing carburetor, approved for KZ1 and KZ2 categories (from 15 years).more)
Guarantee optimal power transfer and preserve the biting of your transmission through Smooth steel clutch disc 1.5 mm original TM KART. Fundamental element of the clutch stack of your 125cc gearbox engine TM KZ-R3This smooth disc is exactly interposed between each disc gnaw to constitute the friction package.
Cut with micrometric precision in a high quality steel, this disc strictly responds to the original dimensions factory: a External diameter of 122.8 mma Inner diameter at 92.9 mm notches and a calibrated teeth to 3.5 mm wide by 4.0 mm deep. Its dimensional precision guarantees a perfect sliding along the clutch nut / tambourine without creating friction or resistance. It offers a perfectly flat friction surface that prevents untimely skating and guarantees high-speed frank reports.
Hold the perfect sealing of your high-engine thanks to the Original screw TM KART TCEI 6x20 mm. Directly from the official catalog of spare parts of the Italian brand, this CHC / BTR Class Superior Class is essential for assembling the exhaust system of your gearbox kart.
On the Official Exploded View (Tavola 1 - Cylinder and Engine Head KZ-R3 Total Black), this screw carries the Landmark n ° 19. It provides solid attachment and homogeneous clamping of the exhaust flange (marker 18) and its seal (marker 17) directly on the range of the cylinder (reference 12). Manufactured according to the TM Kart factory tolerance standards, it resists perfectly with the extreme thermal stresses and massive vibrations incurred at the exhaust during full load phases.
The TM / Vertex 4 ° piston is specifically designed for the drivers of the KZ (125cc in box) range. Its cap has an inclination of 4 degrees, a technical architecture that promotes optimal gas scan and more efficient combustion in the pre-combustion chamber.
Precision Manufacturing: Produced by Vertex, world leader in the competition piston, according to the extremely rigorous specifications of the TM Racing factory.
Surface treatment: Generally equipped with a molybdenum bisulf cover (MOS2) to reduce friction and facilitate break-in during the first minutes of use.
Fine segments: Equipped with a segment of 1 mm thick to minimize the mechanical drag while ensuring a perfect seal with high compression.
