The Copper cylinder head gasket 0.20 mm is the thickness "comfort" and safety for engines TMKART KZ-R2-R3. In the quest for performance, this seal is used by drivers and mechanics to increase the height of squish (Space between the piston and the cylinder head) to make the engine more flexible or to compensate for a new "high" piston.

Copper is preferred in competition because it ensures a Exceptional thermal dissipation, transferring the calories from the combustion chamber to the cooling circuit with efficiency much greater than the conventional joints.

The Copper cylinder head gasket 0.10 mm is probably the most used thickness by KZ drivers. It is the ideal adjustment base for the engine Tmkart kz-r2. This seal makes it possible to obtain a powerful volumetric ratio while maintaining a necessary thermal safety margin during the disputed finals.

Thanks to its pure copper composition, it provides ultra-fast heat transfer to the cooling circuit, thus avoiding the phenomena of detonation (rattling) that often occur with joints of less good quality.rt

The Copper cylinder head gasket 0.05 mm is the finest thickness available for engines TM KZ-R2- R3. In a competition motor as the KZ, every hundredth of a millimeter count. This seal makes it possible to adjust with surgical precision your squish (Height between the piston and the cylinder head at the high-standing point) to optimize the combustion without risking the detonation.

The choice of copper guarantees excellent thermal conductivity between the cylinder and the cylinder head dome, thus promoting a homogeneous cooling.

The Copper cylinder head gasket 0.03 mm is a piece of mechanical goldsmith. Intended for the most advanced competition settings, it adjusts the squish At its limit value when standard thicknesses (0.10 or 0.05 mm) are too important for the desired room volume.

At this thickness, the seal acts almost as a direct contact interface, offering the best possible thermal conductivity between the cylinder and the cylinder head dome.2 0.03

Guarantee a surgical alignment of your high-engine on the bas-engine thanks to the Cylinder centering sleeve 10.5 x 14 mm original TM KART. Small by size but capital for the efficiency and reliability of your 125cc gear motorization, this rectified steel ring ensures the absolute position of your cylinder compared to the housings.

On the Official Exploded View (Tavola 1 - Cylinder and Engine Head KZ-R3 / R2), this centering is the Landmark n ° 22. Slipdled around the base studs (marker 21) to the junction between the low-engine crankcase and the cylinder base (marker 12), it neutralizes the mechanical games at the editing. It guarantees the perfect continuity between the transfer ducts of the housing and those of the cylinder, thus maximizing the scanning of the gases while eliminating any shear stress on the studs during the tightening of the nuts (marker 20).
