List of products by brand OTK
Theair conveyor OTKis an essential aerodynamic accessory to maintain the performance of your BSZ, BSS or BSD braking system. By directing a constant fresh air flow directly on the brake bracket and disc, it prevents overheating of the brake fluid and extends the life of your pads, even during the most intensive brake applications. t
The rear brake disc OTK Ø180x13mm self-ventilated BWD is a high-end component, specially designed for Group Karts OTK from 2025 (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Redspeed, virtually known, Carlos Sainz, Gillard, etc.). This disc self-ventilated offers a optimal braking powera exceptional durability and an Resistance to thermal and mechanical stresses, essential for competitive performance.
Made in Treated and treated steelthis disc is Optimized for active cooling, thanks to his Integrated ventilation fins, which allow a rapid dissipation of heat. This guarantees a Constant and reliable brakingeven during the most intense sessions.
Improve your kart's braking performance with the new OTK BWD -2025 Brake Pump, specially designed for chassis from the OTK Group, including Tony Kart, Redspeed, Kosmic, Carlos Sainz, Exprit and EOS. This high-quality brake pump is essential for optimizing braking system efficiency, guaranteeing enhanced performance and reliability on the track.
On a kart of the queen category Kz (gearbox), braking is carried out simultaneously on the four wheels via a single pedal. The brake pusher OTK BSS act as a scale (mechanized rudder) that receives the effort of your foot and distributes it to the rear brake pump and the front brake pump.
2019 model aluminium engine flange
The nylon axisOTKis the next generation connecting part for your side pontoons. Unlike old pin models, this axis uses an extended flat head and an adjusted body for optimal friction support. This system allows faster disassembly and offers controlled flexibility that protects your chassis during lateral contacts.

KIT REVISION BREIN OTK FOR BSD
Ensure the safety and efficiency of your kart with the BSD Caliper Revisions Kit OTK. This complete kit is specially designed for the maintenance of BSD brake calipers used on chassis OTK, ensuring optimal braking performance and increased durability of your components.
The Complete master cylinder of origin OTK is the central organic hydraulic control member (Original OTK Kart Parts) for high competition braking systems. This high performance brake pump is the exact replacement part for the famous brake circuits BSS (manual front brake for KZ / DD2 box karts), Sa2 and Sa3 (Rear brakes or combined) Developed by the Italian factory for all the chassis of the group OTK.
Machined with surgical precision in an ultra-light and ultra-rigid aluminum aluminum alloy, this master cylinder guarantees instantaneous and loss of the force exerted by the driver. Its factory internal architecture incorporates a treated piston, a high-lip high-lip resisting extreme temperature set and high reactivity reminder. Delivered ready to be installed, this complete pump offers an irreproachable hydraulic pressure consistency, providing you with precise feeling at the pedal or control lever, handle after handle.
The BSS front brake disc OTK is an original manufacturer braking component (Original OTK Kart Parts), specially developed for front braking systems BSS which equip the group competition chassis OTK (Categories with KZ gearbox and DD2 direct transmission motors).
Made in an exclusive high-carbon steel cast iron alloy at the Italian factory, this disc enjoys an advanced ventilated architecture. Its internal channels are optimized to extract hot air and cool the front train during massive deceleration phases at the end of straight line
The Bumper Decoration Kit OTK is designed to dress up and protect the front and rear bumpers from the group chassis OTK (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Fa Kart, virtually known, eos ...).
It allows restore the original aesthetics kart while bringing a extra protection Against scratches, friction and light impacts related to use in the race or training.
Equip your kart with the summum of group braking technology OTK. This original BWD rear caliper is the new standard set in series on all chassis of the group OTK (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, Redspeed, EOS, GILLARD) from the 2025 season.
The cover dust OTK Bs2 (or protective bellows) installs at the end of the rear brake pump, just where the pedal thrust rod penetrates into the master cylinder. Although it appears secondary, it is he who guarantees the survival of your internal joints.
