Q: Is the BWD stirrup really different from the old BSD model ?A: Yes, totally. Although the fixing distance is similar, the BWD is a new generation design. It is made of wrought-forged and CNC machined aluminum (more rigid than the old molding,) and incorporates mostly cooling fins. These two major changes offer better feeling at the pedal and a much better stamina to heat, eliminating the "fading" (braking loss) at the end of the race.

Q: Can I get this BWD bracket with my current BSD master cylinder ?A: YES I DO. This is one of the benefits of the system. The volume of the BWD stirrup pistons is compatible with the BSD brake pump. So you can upgrade your back caliper without changing your master cylinder.

Q: What brake pads are supplied with the stirrup ?A: The stirrup comes complete with the game of original pads OTK factory mounted. These are high performance platelets adapted to the competition.

Q: With what discs is this caliper compatible ?A: This BWD stirrup is specifically designed to be used with dimensions ventilated disks 180 mm in diameter and 13 mm thick. It is not suitable for narrow full disks of the old generations of karts (rookie type or old direct Drive categories.)
