The "T" support OTK is a high-quality machined aluminium part, designed to ensure the connection between the chassis and the exhaust mounting leg. Since 2015, this standard equips all the chassis of the Italian group (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, etc.). Its lightness and robustness allow to keep the exhaust perfectly in line, absorbing intense vibrations without risk of breakage.

"The exhaust system is one of the most vibrating parts of the kart. My expert advice: This little aluminium support works a lot. If you feel game in your pot or your exhaust springs often break, check the status of this 'T'. With heat and vibration, aluminum can end up scoring.
The indispensables with your support OTK :
Silent exhaust block: Never mount this 'hard' support without a quality silent block. He saves your pot from the cracks.
Reinforced exhaust springs: For a perfect hold of the elbow to the silencer.
Stainless steel screws: Use high-quality screws to prevent heat from breaking the thread into the aluminium.
A little pro secret: When mounting, apply a thin layer of copper grease to the mounting screw. This will greatly facilitate future dismantling, even after a full season of heating. At Magickart, it is recommended to always check the clamping of this support after each driving session, because a pot that stands out is the black flag insured!"
Tuto : Assembly of Pot Holder
Alignment: Present the support on the chassis tube. It must be perfectly perpendicular so as not to force the pot.
Assembly: Install the support, then the pot foot, by systematically inserting a silent block to absorb shocks.
Lock: Use thread brake (blue Loctite type) on fastening screws to prevent them from loosening with engine vibrations.
Verification: Once mounted, the jar must be able to move very slightly on its silent blocks without touching the frame or bumper.
