The M6 nut cover OTK is a small high-strength black plastic cap that comes to clip directly on the floor mount nuts in your kart.

• Protection of the hardware: It isolates the m6 nut (and the thread of the screw that exceeds under the chassis) of the splash of water, mud, sand and chain fat, thus avoiding seizure, rust and accumulation of dirt.

• Driver safety: By covering the salient and potentially cutting part of the pilot's feet screw, it prevents the net from coming to tear, grate or hang the fabric and the sole of your karting boots during the movement on the pedal.

1. Net mounting: Install your floor milling screws, position your bowl washers and tighten your original Nylstop M6 nuts.

2. Snapshot: Present the right nut facing the 10 mm nut and press it firmly by hand. A small "click" confirms that it is locked on the scores of the nut.

3. Replacement: If you have to disassemble your floor, simply remove the cap with a small flat clamp or gently lever with a flat screwdriver.
