Sale of karting tyres (GTC)
Karting tires offered for sale on the Company's website are specific products, and once shipped or removed, they are considered to be used. Therefore, because of their nature and use, karting tyres may not be taken over or exchanged, except in the case of default manufacture.
Article 3: Non-recovery and non-exchange of karting tyres
The Customer expressly acknowledges that once the karting tires are shipped or handed over to the Customer, no return, exchange or refund will be possible unless the product has a proven manufacturing defect. No claim will be accepted for tires that have been mounted, used, or opened.
Article 4: Manufacturing failure
If the karting tyres show a manufacturing defect, the Customer must inform the Company within a period of 7 days following receipt of the order. The default will be assessed by the Company, and if the latter is proven, the Company will exchange the defective product at its own expense or refund, depending on the Customer's preference.
Article 5: Responsibility
Company Magickart cannot be held liable in the event of improper use of the karting tires by the Customer, or in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, maintenance and safety recommendations relating to these products. The Customer is solely responsible for the use and maintenance of karting tires.
Article 6: Changes in conditions
The Enterprise Magickart reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of the order.
