"Ignition is the heart of your KZ engine. My expert advice: The AMP Superseal connector is a wonder of sealing, but it must be handled carefully. Never pull the wires to disconnect your ignition, always pull the body of the connector to avoid weakening the internal pins.
A small motorist secret: the gap between your rotor and your stator is vital for the power of the spark. Use a bilge (often 0.35 mm or 0.40 mm depending on the motorists) to fix your stator. A stator too far, and you lose power at high speed; a stator too close, and with thermal expansion, the rotor may touch.
