• Cleaning the axis: Before mounting the new bearing, pass a small end of fine emery canvas on the bottom of the column so that the ball slides without forcing.

• Lubrication: A silicone spray or PTFE is ideal. Avoid the thick fat that will stick the dust from the first round.
