Sale of karting tires (CGV)

Karting tires offered for sale on the company's website are specific products, and once shipped or removed, they are considered as products used. Therefore, because of their nature and use, karting tires can not be resumed or exchanged, except in case of default manufacturing.

ARTICLE 3: NON-REPEAT AND NON-EXCHANGE KARTING TIRES

The customer expressly recognizes that once the karting tires shipped or delivered to the customer, no return, exchange or refund will be possible, unless the product has a proven manufacturing defect. No claim will be accepted for tires that have been mounted, used, or whose packaging has been opened.

Article 4: Fault of manufacture

If karting tires have a manufacturing defect, the customer must inform the company within a period of 7 days following receipt of the order. The fault will be evaluated by the company, and if the latter is proven, the company will exchange the defective product at its expense or a refund, depending on the customer's preference.

Article 5: Responsibility

The company Magickart Can not be held responsible for misuse of karting tires by the customer, or in the event of non-compliance with the terms of use, maintenance and security recommendations for these products. The customer is solely responsible for the use and maintenance of karting tires.

Article 6: Changes in conditions

The company Magickart reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time of the order.
