The FREELINE BRAKE CLAIR PISTON (dimensions 32 x 24.5 mm) is a high precision spare parts of origin of original manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is designed to equip the rear brake calipers from the group's adult competition chassis Birel Art (notably the series of stirrups equipping the categories Rotax, X30, ok and kz).
Machined according to strict micrometric tolerances, this piston of 32 mm in diameter for a height of 24.5 mm enjoys a leading thermal and anti-friction surface treatment. In karting, the rear braking system undergoes violent temperature mounted (sometimes more 400 ° C. on the disk). This factory piston is specially treated to withstand the thermal deformation, ensure a perfect linear guidance in the bracket of the stirrup and guarantee an instantaneous pedal return without blocking.
Performance, innovation and precision for demanding drivers
Discover the new evolution of the chassis Birel ART, designed to deliver superior performance on all tracks. This new generation incorporates numerous technical improvements resulting from experience in international competition and developed to optimize precision, handling and consistency in racing.
This cap (or bellows) is not just a piece of rubber. He plays a crucial role:
Anti-contaminant barrier: It prevents track dust, sand and water to enter the body of the pump.
Protection of the axis: If dirt enter here, they mix with fat, creating an abrasive paste that will scratch the piston and destroy your internal seals.
Maintaining the lubricant: It keeps the clean fat inside the mechanism of the thrust rod.
Secure your tires and prevent them from spinning on the rim, even in the most extreme grip conditions, with this genuine BirelArt beadlock kit (safety screws).
Manufactured by Freeline, the official accessories and components brand of the BirelArt group, this kit is the benchmark for equipping your rims and ensuring that the tire and rim act as a single unit during intense acceleration and braking phases.
BIRELART-MAGICKART ENGINEERING BUTTER CARTON
Make the reliability and accuracy of your pedal system with this Original Birelart pedal axis.
Designed specifically for the Chassis of the Birelart Group (Birelart, Charles Leclerc, Kubica, Ricciardo, etc.), This axis is the centerpiece that ensures the connection and fluid pivoting of your brake and accelerator pedals. Choose the original part, It is guaranteeing a perfect fit, maximum resistance to stress and irreproachable safety on the track.
The rocket BIREL Art 10 ° x196x25 kz Cl is an essential part for competition karts, designed to provide optimal performance and versatility. Here is a detailed description of this rocket, as well as additional information relevant to your website selling of competition karting parts, MAGICKART.EU.
New graphic: As every year, we have revised the graphics, let's give an even more aggressive appearance,
The tank is screwed into the body of the pump. Between these two rooms is an O-ring (O-Ring) or a sealing washer that does all the work.
The role of fixing: Hold the tank integral with the pump while ensuring perfect sealing to prevent air from being sucked into the circuit during the pumping phase.
Fragility: The tank threaded tip is often plastic. If you force too much, you risk breaking plastic in The body of the pump (very difficult to extract).
Secure the front train from your machine with theSpecial Rocket Nut Original Builder Birelart (Original Birelart Genuine Parts). This specific nut is the official spare part to ensure the locker lock and maintenance of front hubs or front rims (depending on your configuration) on the threaded axis of your rockets.
Machined according to an ultra-strict specification by the Italian plant, this nut differs from standard models of trade by its specific screw and flange or its integrated mechanical braking system adapted to the extreme constraints of competition karting. Subjected to constant vibrations, to violent load transfers during braking and high-speed curve, it ensures that no mechanical game is created on the front axle, thus preserving the surgical accuracy of the train of your train. Red chassis.
This high-end adjustable pedal system, machined in the mass (Ticket), is a piece of technical gold from the competition department ofBirel ART. It allows to adjust the distance of the pedals with millimetre precision thanks to a sliding support anchored directly on the steering column support.
This is the ultimate solution to ensure an ergonomic driving position, better braking control and more precise acceleration without having to change the frame.
This Front brake caliper support for KZ (gearbox) category is a high precision mechanical part of origin manufacturer (Original Birel Art). It is specifically developed to adapt to the latest generation of Rockets appeared on the 2025 range.
CNC machined in a block of aeronautical quality metal with a black anodized finish, this support ensures the critical and rigid connection between your front rocket and the brake caliper. In Kz, the front braking system undergoes colossal pressures. This support is dimensioned to eliminate any mechanical twist during violent braking, ensuring a Perfect alignment of the pads on the disc and an ultra-precise feeling at the pedal.
The FREELINE BRAKE CUP (dimensions 25 x 30 x 2 mm) is a high precision replacement hydraulic component of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is designed to ensure absolute internal sealing and pressurizing the circuit at the cylinder master piston on the group's competition chassis Birel Art.
This cup (or specific lip seal) displays an inside diameter of 25 mman outside diameter of 30 mm and a thickness / height of 2 mm. Its technical profile is specially molded to evade under the pressure of the brake fluid, ensuring that no internal leakage occurs when the driver crushes the pedal. Made in a high-end elastomer resistant to chemical aggressions of competitive fluids, it maintains a reactivity of instantaneous and constant pedal, handle after handle.
This High performance treated steel brake disc is a piece of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is a widely known multi-purpose mechanic technique, ensuring two separate functions according to the architecture of your chassis:
At the front on KAZ KARTS / KZ2 (gearbox): It settles on specific front hubs to brake on the management train. Its compactness ("small brake" system) allows you to perfectly accommodate the stirrup system in the restricted space of the rim above all by guaranteeing an immediate biting.
In the back on the mini karts 60cc / minimal / cadet / micro: It acts as a main brake disc on the back tree for categories of young drivers. Its lightness limits the inertia on the rear axle of 30 mm or 40 mm, optimizing the 12 -CC engine reminders while offering a perfectly messy power for children.
Machined in high quality foundry steel, this disc undergoes rigorous heat treatment allowing it to withstand high temperature mounted without veiling. Its ventilations or factory grooves make it possible to effectively dissipate calories and continuously clean the brake pad surface.
Magickart, your official distributor of Charles Leclerc chassis manufactured by Birelart, is proud to present the Birelart CL Rear Brake Disc 2012. This brake disc is specially designed to deliver exceptional braking performance and maximum durability on the track.
