Unlike monobloc crowns, The two-part model offers decisive advantages for the practice of competitive karting:

1. Ultra-fast maintenance (time saving): No need to disassemble the back tree or complete crown holder to change teeth. Just unscrew the few screws that connect the toothing to the central flange. Change steering in minutes between two sessions on the track.

2. Long-term economy: When the toothing is worn, You only replace the outer part (the toothed crown). The aluminum central flange (hub) remains in place on the axis. It's a more economical solution over a complete season.

3. Robustness of steel: Made of high quality steel, These crowns offer wear resistance and a lifetime much higher than aluminum models, While placing perfectly the power of powerful engines (type Rotax Max X30, Kz).

Have a set of crowns from 40 to 54 teeth in two parts in your toolbox is essential for adapting your kart to each route. For winding tracks Opt for a large crown (ex: 52-54) for removal. For fast circuits, prefer a small crown (ex: 40-42) for peak speed. The 2-part model allows you to test these settings very quickly."

⚠️ Important note: Be sure to always check the status of your channel and your motor gear when you install a new crown. A waste chain will prematurely usera your new crown. Remember to use the brake on the crown hardware.
