  • The reinforced CZ KJS 219 channel is specially designed for Karting Competition without gearbox. It uses standard step 219 (7.95 mm) and has a specific treatment of axes and plates to provide high tensile strength and low elongation over time.

This reinforced version without O-rings favors mechanical efficiency, lightness and pure performance. Ideal for regional, national and international competition, it guarantees a direct and efficient transmission with excellent high-speed resistance.

    Technical characteristics:

    • Not: 219 (7.95 mm)

    • Type: Reinforced chain without O-ring

    • Treatment of axes: Cured Steel (CZ KJS Technology)

    • Plates: Reinforced side plates

    • Available lengths: From 96 to 112 links

    • Motor compatibility: Ok / okj, x30, Rotax Max, Rok and other mono-speed karting engines

    • Availability: In stock on magickart.eu/en/

    Installation and lubrication tips

    • Installation: Attach the engine and perfectly align the front and rear gears. Loosen the engine to place the chain on the gears without any voltage to prevent damage. Adjust the voltage so that it has a set of 10 to 15 mm (readjustment needed after the first use). It is always better to use new gears with a new string.

    • Lubrication: Use a high quality chain grease. The chain must be lubricated before each session to penetrate between the axes and the rings. Never apply lubricant on a wet or dirty string (eliminate moisture/saleté by air blowing). Never use chemicals for cleaning.

    Michel's Tip (Paddock Expert Council)

"An too tight chain makes power lose power and use your tree bearings prematurely. Always leave a move about 10 to 15 mm halfway between the pinion and the crown. Lubricate your chain from the inside (between the links) just after your session, while it is still hot: the fat will penetrate better in the heart of the rollers. "

    FAQ SEO (Frequently Asked Questions)

    • Q: What is the difference between CZ RS 219 and a chain with O-Ring?

      • A: The CZ KJS 219 is a non-O-Toric joints version focused on maximum performance, optimal performance and pure competition. Chains with O-Ring offer longer life and reduced maintenance, ideal for stamina or intensive leisure, at the expense of a very light loss of yield.

    • Q: What interview do you recommend for this channel?

      • A: Regular lubrication is essential, like frequent cleaning to maintain performance and voltage control before each rolling.

    • Q: How to inspect a used chain before use?

      • A: Make sure it is not seized (lubricating problem), it adjusts correctly on the gears, and check that the rings are neither cracked nor damaged. In the presence of a defect, replace it.
