INA Needle Cage: Performance Origin Rotax

The needle cage (identified under the Number 9 on the technique burst) is the main friction element between the crankshaft and your clutch gear. For a piece so solicited, Magickart has chosen the quality Ina, the official supplier of Rotax.

Why choose the quality INA 15x19x17?

Precision dimensions: 15 mm interior, 19 mm exterior and 17 mm wide. A perfect fit to avoid vibrations.

🛠️ Tuto: How to replace your clutch needle cage?

Disassembly: Remove the tray nut and clutch bell.
Cleaning the crankshaft: Use brake cleaner for the range of the crankshaft to be perfectly clean and smooth.
Lubrication of the cage: Apply a thin layer of specific grease to the new INA 15x19x17 cage.
Installation: Slide the cage on the crankshaft. It must slide freely without any hard point.
Reassembly: Replace your clutch bell over, then the washer and nut.
Test: Once the nut tight, check that the bell rotates freely by hand with a minimum of lateral game.
