The air conveyor OTK is an essential aerodynamic accessory to maintain the performance of your BSZ, BSS or BSD braking system. Tuto : Mounting and Maintenance of the Conveyor

1. Positioning: Orient the conveyor opening towards the front of the kart, in the air flow cleared by the lateral pontoon.

2. Fixing: Use the intended mounting points on the stirrup OTK. Make sure it does not touch the brake disc, even in case of strong vibrations.

3. Alignment: The air flow must strike the stirrup to cool the pistons and liquid while sweeping part of the disc.

4. Cleaning: After each session, a blow blowout inside the conveyor allows to evacuate brake dust and gravel.
