NEW-LINE – Water Durite holder Ø 25 mm
The New-Line Durite Support is the professional solution to organize and secure the passage of your cooling hoses along the seat. Made of high-strength plastic, this support prevents the durites from rubbing against the chassis or packaging, thus limiting the risk of premature wear or vibration drilling.
Its lightweight and robust design is specifically adapted to the constraints of competitive karting (KZ, X30, Rotax).

"There is nothing worse than a durite that wanders and ends up piercing because of the vibrations on the boat. My expert advice: Use at least two supports along the seat so that the weight of the water (which weighs heavy once the circuit is full) does not pull on your radiator or engine connections.
The essentials with your New-Line supports:
Silicone water hose: For an indestructible circuit and a pro look.
Durite springs: If your durite has to make a tight elbow, add an internal spring to prevent it from pinching.
Bolt screws: Use wide-head screws to attach the support to the seat so as not to split the bundle fiber.
A little pro secret: If you find that the durite slips a bit into the holder, take a small turn of tape (like chatterton) around the durite at the point of contact. At Magickart, we like 'factory' montages, and it starts with well-guided durites!"
