"The box is the 'social seat' of your kart! My expert advice: a seat too big, and you're going to float and hurt your ribs. A seat too small, and you're gonna block your breathing and blood flow. The Greyhound is great because its flat bottom allows to position it very low, which improves the stability of the kart.
The essentials to mount your Greyhound:
Seat screwdriver kit: Use wide 'shuttle' washers to avoid piercing the resin during a big shock.
Coastguard Bengio: It's the winning duo. Always measure your basin width with your rib protector to choose the right seat size!
Lead plates: If you need to lower your kart, attach it to the sides of the seat for a perfect balance.
A little pro secret: To drill your new seat without bursting it, use a sharp wick and place a piece of scotch of carrossier where you will drill. It prevents the resin from crumbling. At Magickart, we know that a well-mounted seat is a winning driver!"
The balance: The seat shall be fully aligned with the chassis axis (unless specific asymmetrical adjustment is made).
The height: The flat bottom must touch the tubes of the chassis, or even descend 5 to 10 mm below to lower the centre of gravity (be careful not to rub on the vibrators!).
The inclination: Too inclined backwards, you lose front gear. Too straight, you're loading the train before. Find your balance according to your riding style.
Fixing: Press firmly but without crushing the resin. Use silencing blocks if your chassis allows for more flexibility.
All Sizes: From Baby to 40 cm, we must have the seat adapted to your morphology.
Greyhound quality: A smooth finish and proven resistance in international competition.
Shipment Handled: The seats are large and fragile, we use reinforced packaging for a smooth reception.
The cup (or lip seal) is a wear part. Its role is to transform the pressure exerted by your foot into hydraulic pressure into the pipes.
Symptoms of fatigue: "Spongy" pedal (which goes down to the floor), liquid leakage at the bellows (cap), or braking loss during high heat phases.
The material: These joints are EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer) to withstand the brake fluid. NEVER USE STANDARD JOINTS Hardware stores, they will disguise in a few minutes in contact with the liquid.
Maxxis MA-F1 MR tyres are high performance CIK homologated kart racing tyres made for racing at highest level of karting competitions.
Optimum tyre pressures : 0,75-0,85 Bar (hot !)

The brake distribution set is the nerve center of your KZ braking system. This high-precision part allows to modulate the braking force between the front and the rear in real time. On a gearbox kart, the control of this "balance" is the key to stabilize the machine at curve input and shorten your braking distances.
Protect your entire gearbox with violent jerks thanks to the SILENTBLOC OF ORIGINAL CLUTKING TORA DAMPER TM KART (reference 21005.1). Placed directly inside the clutch bell body, under the reinforcing disc (puck F.8), this high density elastomer buffer absorbs the peaks of torque during stopped departures and brutal downsides.
Made in a specially formulated rubber to withstand high temperatures of box oil and chemical additive attack attacks, this silentbloc retains its elasticity and damping capability session after session. Indispensable on all 125cc gearbox blocks TM KART (K8 at KZ-R3), his mark and his hardness are also Perfectly compatible with the Modena Engines Motor Bells.

The front hub CRG 40x80 mm (R2.0 range) in anodized finish Gold is a part of the original manufacturer (Original CRG Share), specifically developed to meet the extreme mechanical stresses of the Queen category chassis Kz (gearbox).
With his Inside diameter of 40 mm (adapted to the large diameter rockets specific to KZ) and its 80 mm lengthThis hub of the R2.0 series offers a perfect seat for your front train. In kz, the power of the front braking and the motor torque require absolute rigidity. This CNC machined aeronautical quality aluminum hub enciesive these lateral forces without flexing, ensuring a Surgical directional precision in full support. Its superb gold anodized finish protects the aluminum from corrosion while bringing the official "racing" look of the group's high-end chassis.

The CRG Kt2 is the versatile chassis par excellence of the Italian manufacturer. Unlike the Rébec Road (more rigid), the KT2 uses a frame compound full of tubes of 30 mm in diameter. This architecture offers controlled flexibility, ideal for freeing the engine in categories without gearbox like the OK, Iame X30 or the Rotax Max.
Its geometry allows fast adaptation to all track conditions (high grip or green track "). Featuring the last components of the range CRG RacingHe combines exceptional motor skills at a surgical front train accuracy.
The CRG KT2 2026 Version Kz redefines the standards of the Queen category. While the Road Rebel (32mm) remains the choice for the tracks with very high grip, the KT2 in 30mm Has become the favorite weapon of Kz pilots looking for more agility and ease in the support changes.
For 2026, CRG Reworked the composition of chrome-molybdenum steel to provide a better response from the front train during degressive braking. This KZ version stands out for its localized structural reinforcements and its integral front / rear braking system, essential to stop the power of 50 horsepower engines
The hub of 35 mm long is considered a "short hub". In karting, The choice of hub length is a fundamental adjustment tool:
Short hub (35 mm): It offers less contact surface with the axle than models of 75 or 90 mm. This usually allows to have a "freer" behavior of the rear train, Helping the chassis to be free from curve, Ideal on tracks with a lot of grip (adhesion).
The hub of 40 mm long is often considered the "standard" or "versatile" value on adult karts equipped with a 30 mm (x30, axle, Rotax, Kz, ok). Unlike very long (75-90mm) hubs that considerably rigidify the rear, or the very short (35mm) that fully freed the chassis, the 40 mm Offers neutral and healthy behavior, ideal for starting a setting session before refining.
The hub of 85 mm is a "long" adjustment room. In karting, the choice of the hub length is directly related to the leverage exercised on the axle:
Stability and Grip: With 85 mm, you increase the rigidity of the rear train and removing the load outward. This is the ideal tool for more moving output output or to expand your back path without stacking spacers (which weakens the assembly).
R2.0 version: This name indicates an evolution of design at CRG (best machining, optimized weight and anodized finish "Gold" for higher resistance to corrosion).
The 95 mm in magnesium is an extreme room. This is not comfortable equipment, it is a precision tool for high-level drivers (KZ, OK, X30 senior categories).
The hub of 95 mm is one of the longest models available in the range CRG. In karting, the length of the hub is directly correlated to the "lever arm" applied to the axle:
Deported support: With 95 mm, you drop the load of the wheel outwardly. This helps to charge the rear train in support more, ideal for tracks where you miss moving out of turn.
Aluminum rigidity: Unlike magnesium, this aluminum version offers high structural stiffness and excellent durability, while being easier to maintain and less sensitive to oxidation. Finishing Gold (anodized) effectively protects the part against premature wear.
The 105 mm in magnesium is a high competition room. This is not a basic setting, it is a specific solution for specific needs:
Maximum lever arm: With 105 mm, you drop the load outward to load the outer rear tire. It is the absolute weapon when the kart is sorely lacking on the turn out of turn.
System "2 screws": In a length of 105 mm, a one-screw tightening would be insufficient and would create an imbalance. The system to 2 screws Allows you to distribute the tightening force over the entire length of the ring, ensuring a perfect maintenance on the axle without creating a single voltage point.
Magnesium (mg): It offers valuable weight gain on non-suspended masses and thermal dissipation that stabilizes the pressure of your tires during long finals.
