The essential wear element of your KART 125CC TAG (Touch and Go) exhaust system, this high-density sound and thermal insulation charging provides ideal filtration of exhaust gas outlet.

Specially designed to support the extreme thermal stresses generated by the Iame X30 block (more than 15,000 rpm), this high strength wool does not burn prematurely under the effect of 2T oil splashes and heat waves. By maintaining a constant back-pressure within the silencer body, it preserves the mid-speed power curve and guarantees you a sound level (dB) perfectly in accordance with the technical controls in competition and leisure.

The IAME biconic spring is specially designed to connect the exhaust manifold and the relaxing pot on the motorizations X30 and KA100. Its "biconic" shape (wider at the ends only at the ends) is not aesthetic: it allows a uniform distribution of the voltage and a better absorption of the high frequency vibrations specific to the 2-time competition engines.

Made in high carbon steel, this spring retains its elastic properties even when subjected to the extreme temperatures of the exhaust outlet.
