Sale of kart tires (GTC)

The karting tires offered for sale on the Company's website are specific products, and once shipped or removed, they are considered used products. Consequently, due to their nature and use, karting tires cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Article 3: Non-take-back and non-exchange of karting tires

The customer expressly acknowledges that once the karting tires have been shipped or given to the customer, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be possible, unless the product has a proven manufacturing defect. No claims will be accepted for tires that have been mounted, used, or whose packaging has been opened.

Article 4 : Manufacturing defects

If the kart tires have a manufacturing defect, the Customer must inform the Company within 7 days of receipt of the order. The defect will be assessed by the Company, and if found to be defective, the Company will exchange the defective product, at its expense, or issue a refund, depending on the Customer's preference.

Article 5 : Liability

The Magickart Company shall not be held liable in the event of misuse of karting tires by the Customer, or in the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, maintenance and safety recommendations relating to these products. The customer is solely responsible for the use and maintenance of the kart tires.

Article 6 : Modification of conditions

Magickart reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of the order.
