"The 6206 TN9 C4 bearing allows your vilo to spin without blowing at 16,000 laps. My expert advice: Never mount a bearing with a lower set (type C3) on an X30, because once the engine is warm, the bearing would tighten and destroy your crankcases.

A little pro secret: To mount your bearings without typing them like a deaf, heat your crankcases in the heat stripper or in the oven (about 80-100°C). The bearing must fall into its housing almost alone. If you need to type, use a socket that presses the outside cage bearing, never on the inside cage! The diagnosis: If you feel a radial game (up and down) at the end of the crankshaft or if you hear an abnormal whistle at high speed, your bearings are tired.
Frequency: On an X30, it is generally recommended that all bearings be replaced 30-40 hours in use competition to avoid any major damage.
Mounting: Make sure the "SKF" marking is visible outwards.
Lubrication: Before closing, put a few drops of oil 2 times directly on the balls to ensure lubrication from the first rounds of launcher.
