Z-20 screen replacement: NOTE: DO NOT use electrical tools and do not tighten the screws when changing protections. Step 1 - Put a towel on a flat surface and place the helmet on it. Step 2 - Remove the shield pivot tensioners from each side. (This is the smallest screw on the sides of the shielding.) - Remove the pivot screws from the shield on either side. (This is the biggest screw on the sides of the shielding. For better results, we suggest using a quarter to loosen/tighten these screws.) Step 4 - Remove the shield. We suggest that you use a soft cloth towel to wipe the rubber seal and where the shield fits on the helmet for better results. Step 5 - Put the new shield on the helmet. There are two white washers that go between the shield and the helmet, make sure they are in place before relocating the pivot screws of the shield. Step 6 - Screw the pivot screws of the shielding by hand to keep the shielding in place. Once threaded by hand, use a quarter to tighten until it is well adjusted with the helmet shell. Don't squeeze too hard. Step 7 - Hands-on the pivot tensioners of the shield, then tighten to the desired tension for shield movement.
