"The strap of your cart Dalmi is the most working element every time you climb or descend from the paddock. My expert advice: visually inspect the condition of the fibres once a month. If you start to see small hives or a cut on the edge of the strap, change it immediately. A kart that falls 1 metre high is a distorted frame or a bent rear tree.
A little pro secret: when winding, make sure that the strap stays flat and does not overlap on the drum. This avoids bumps that prematurely fatigue the electric motor. A small shot of silicone spray (very light) on the sides of the strap can also help reduce friction and extend its life by 50%. It's a small investment to protect a kart worth thousands!"
