This pack contains all the sealing elements for perfect metrology:

Low engine sealing & transmission

• 2x 230195: Spi joints of water pump (double water / oil sealing).

• 1x 230425 & 1x 930675: The two spis crankshaft seals (clutch and ignition side).

• 1x 430460: O-ring of crankshaft pinion (essential to avoid box oil leaks).

• 1x 650494: Central housing seal (block tightness).

• 1x 650470: Carter cover gasket (clutch).

High engine & cylinder head

• 1x 430782 & 1x 250160: O-Rings of cylinder head (internal and external) for the cooling circuit.

• 1x 250280: O-ring of cylinder head.

• 1x 250521: Flap box seal.

• 1x 250271: Reinforced exhaust seal.

• 2x 945635: Piston circlips (axis safety).

Squish Calibration (base joints)

• Complete kit of 4 thicknesses: 0.3mm (650480), 0.4mm (650483), 0.5mm (650481), and 0.8mm (650482). Allows you to adjust your room volume accurately.

💨 Exhaust valve (specific EVO)

• 1x 250231: Valve seal.

• 1x 230260: O-ring of valve stem.

• Membrane springs: Small (838255) and large (939280) for a perfect responsiveness of the opening.

🎓 Tuto: the key points of the revision EVO

1. Exhaust valve: The replacement of the two springs (small and large) is crucial on the EVO so that the membrane works without folds and that the valve opens in a linear way.
