  • High quality steel: Designed to support repeated heating cycles without losing its elasticity ("fatigue" effect).

💡 Michel's Tip (Magickart):

"It's a room that is often dismantled and ends up relaxing or oxidizing. A tired spring, it's a valve that closes bad and a motor that loses nervousness down!

The Pro Council: With every big valve cleaning, check if the spring 'slam' well at the closure. If you seem too flexible, change it. It is a small investment that makes your carburization tremendously. "

🛠️ Tuto: How to install the valve hood spring?

The assembly is simple but requires a little precision to avoid damaging the plastic of the hood:

  1. Cleaning: Make sure that the valve cover and the spring housing are free of grease or calamine.

  2. Positioning: Place the valve cover on the bellows and guillotine.

  3. Setting up: Engage the spring in its notched notch on the cylinder.

  4. Voltage: Using a spring hook or a flat clip, tilt the spring over the hood to lock it.

  5. Verification: Press the valve piston to check that the spring does not interfere with the vertical movement of the guillotine.
