Thanks to its adjustable structure, this support fits perfectly with the majority of water radiators with dimensions 410x186 mm or 410x230 mm. It allows to adjust to the orientation and position of the cooling matrix to optimize the airflow and maintain an ideal engine temperature during the most intense race conditions.
To ensure an ever cleaner cooling system and compliant with the environmental circuit standards, this kit is comes complete with its water recovery vase. It can channel any overpressures and cooling liquid spills by launching, avoiding any slippery projection on the track or on your tires.

When installing the small water recovery vase supplied in the kit, be sure to adjust the length of the transparent hose overflow. Cut it without leaving a 'belly' too long where the liquid could stagnate. It must smoothly descend from the radiator cap to the bottom of the container.
Second small tip: At the corner adjustment of your radiator (410x186 or 410x230 mm), press the CNC bracket only once the radiator is positioned in its natural alignment with respect to the seat. By removing any twisting constraint on aluminum, you preserve the radiator fasteners and you guarantee cooling to the top session after session! "*
Put the kart on his carriage. Locate the ideal position of the Iame CNC bracket on the chassis or tub tube taking into account the size of your radiator (410x186 mm or 410x230 mm).
Attach the radiator to black anodized aluminum support using the supplied hardware. Adjust the desired inclination to maximize air penetration.
Mount the water recovery vase on its dedicated location on the support. Follow the tip in Michel: Connect the transparent hose of the radiator cap to the bocal recuperator without tight elbow.
Check that the radiator does not ride against the left rear tire or the tub. Block the hardware firmly. Your Iame set is ready for the track !
