"The 0,30 mm in fiber is the base! If you find that your engine is too much 'on / off' or it galley to resume in the tight pins, returned on fiber. My advice of old briscard: when you go up, checks that the most side smooth lamella is well against the pyramid. And be careful at sense of stops ! Do not spread them too much, otherwise you will tire the fiber prematurely. If you see that the edges are starting to become translucent or that they are crumpling, change them directly before a piece decides to visit your piston! "
