Why choose the 0.30 mm fiber valves?

1. More "round" engine: The flexibility of the fiber allows a more progressive bottom filling, making the kart less brutal to the re-acceleration.

2. Increased reliability: Fiberglass is less prone to brutal erosion than carbon. It thus preserves your cylinder in case of marked wear.

3. Setting tolerance: The 0.30 mm valves are more forgiving small carburetor adjustment deviations, offering a more constant engine over the duration of a handle.

💡 Michel's trick

"The 0,30 mm in fiber is the base! If you find that your engine is too much 'on / off' or it galley to resume in the tight pins, returned on fiber. My advice of old briscard: when you go up, checks that the most side smooth lamella is well against the pyramid. And be careful at sense of stops ! Do not spread them too much, otherwise you will tire the fiber prematurely. If you see that the edges are starting to become translucent or that they are crumpling, change them directly before a piece decides to visit your piston! "

🎓 Maintenance Guide

• Inspection: To check every 10 to 15 hours of rolling.

• Sealing test: Once mounted on the box, the valves must be perfectly plated on the support. If you see the day pass, the tightness is no longer ensured.

• Mounting: Clean the support perfectly with brake cleaner before laying the new slats.
