The Floating brake disc brake holder is a high-performance mechanical binding piece of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). This disk hub is machined specifically to accommodate floating rear brake discs on adult competition chassis (KZ box categories or peak monovite as the Rotax, the X30 and the OK) of the group Birel Art.

Machined in the mass from a high quality aeronautical aluminum block, this support has fixing dimensions of 80 mm and 180 mm spacing for a 16 mm body thickness. It is designed to withstand pharaonic twisting couples during repeated and brutal braking at the end of straight line. Thanks to its architecture designed for a floating mounting, it allows the steel disk to expand freely and to align in the center of the caliper, thus eliminating the risk of thermal sail, reducing the asymmetric wear of the platelets and avoiding Right straight lines.

This High performance treated steel brake disc is a piece of origin manufacturer (Original Freeline / Birel Art). It is a widely known multi-purpose mechanic technique, ensuring two separate functions according to the architecture of your chassis:

1. At the front on KAZ KARTS / KZ2 (gearbox): It settles on specific front hubs to brake on the management train. Its compactness ("small brake" system) allows you to perfectly accommodate the stirrup system in the restricted space of the rim above all by guaranteeing an immediate biting.

2. In the back on the mini karts 60cc / minimal / cadet / micro: It acts as a main brake disc on the back tree for categories of young drivers. Its lightness limits the inertia on the rear axle of 30 mm or 40 mm, optimizing the 12 -CC engine reminders while offering a perfectly messy power for children.

Machined in high quality foundry steel, this disc undergoes rigorous heat treatment allowing it to withstand high temperature mounted without veiling. Its ventilations or factory grooves make it possible to effectively dissipate calories and continuously clean the brake pad surface.
