THIS KIT CRG is the official "factory" solution to transform a standard frame into configuration Handikart. It allows to remove the foot pedals for transferring vital functions directly to the steering column and steering wheel.

• Brake lever (master cylinder): A specific cylinder with ergonomic lever for a precise dosage of manual braking.

• Accelerator control: Lever or pallet system for progressive and reactive acceleration.

• Total integration: Designed to fit perfectly on the steering columns CRG, ensuring maximum rigidity during braking efforts.

Kit CRG allows to centralize the commands of braking andacceleration directly on the steering column. It is a robust set, designed to support significant mechanical efforts while providing a high dosing sensitivity.

Differences between kits:

1. Complete kit (Ref: FM0.01796): Includes all the necessary components, including the master cylinder, the ergonomic brake lever, air duration and cables.

2. Standard Kit (Ref: FK0.01689): Generally focused on the support structure and levers without the entire hydraulic circuit.

The plaque R 35-40 Refers to the center distance ratings for the mounting holes for steering ball joints. It is this component that transforms your steering wheel movement into a steering angle.

• R 35-40 code: These figures correspond to the positions of the holes (in millimeters) relative to the central axis of the column. They determine the turning speed and the necessary force behind the wheel.

• ACKERMANN effect: By proposing several anchor points, this plate adjusts the angle difference between the inner and outdoor wheel.

  • Interior holes: Directorate more direct and more "physical".

  • Exterior holes: Softer and more progressive direction.

The plaque R 25-31 is specifically dimensioned for short wheelbase chassis. It defines the demultiplication ratio between the steering wheel and the wheels for the minimal and cadet categories.

• Geometry R 25-31: The numbers indicate the distance positions (25 mm and 31 mm) of the mounting holes. This configuration offers a shorter lever arm than on adult models, avoiding too violent direction or too heavy for a child.

• Adjustment of the Ackermann:

  • 25 mm holes: Direction more direct, ideal for winding circuits.

  • Holes at 31 mm: Steering more stable and progressive, recommended for large curves or beginners.

This support ensures the maintenance of the steering column at the frame (the "nose" of the chassis). Its high-density plastic design reduces metal friction while absorbing some of the vibrations rise from the front train.
