List of products by brand Rotax
Engine Rotax Dd2 Has a unique architecture with its direct transmission and two speeds. The Clutch lid gasket Ensures the seal between the main motor housing and the clutch cover. It is essential to maintain the box oil inside the system and protect the gables from dust and outdoor humidity.
A faulty seal may result in lower oil level, causing premature wear of the DD2 transmission gears.
In competitive karting, the figure engraved on a nozzle is sometimes only an indication. Between wear, aggressive cleaning or manufacturing tolerances, a "165" nozzle can actually measure "168". The Sprinkler caliber Allows accurate measurement the inside diameter of the bore.
This tool is in the form of a graduated conical pigement or a set of precision gauges. It allows you to classify your sprinklers by actual size and to ensure that your carbu settings are reproducible from one engine to another.
Démarreur ROTAX complet 2017. Pièce détachée pour moteur de kart.
DENSO IRIDIUM POWER CANDLE
The Depression Rotax Max (ref. 250525) is the metal fitting screwed directly on the engine crankcase. It serves as a connection point for the hose that connects the lower motor to the diaphragm pump. It is she who transmits the internal pressure variations of the motor to "beat" the pump and send the fuel to the carburetor.
The Rotax E-Box DD2 is an electronic box designed to optimize the performance of your kart equipped with the Rotax Max DD2 engine. This essential component ensures precise, reliable management of your kart's ignition and other electronic functions, guaranteeing optimum performance on the track.
Electronic control unit Rotax Max Evo (Dellorto)
TheSolenoid valve evo naked is the electrical component that controls the opening and closing of the exhaust guillotine on the engines Rotax type Evo. Unlike the old pneumatic system, this valve is driven by the ECU (electronic box), guaranteeing a precise opening to a given diet for a perfect transition between the bottom and the high regimes.
The Guillotine body (n ° 7) is the fixed part that screws on the cylinder and in which the movable guillotine slides. It is it that ensures the maintenance of the entire valve system (bellows, spring, cap). If this part is dirty or distorted, the valve can no longer rise and descend freely, which brides the engine performance.
The exhaust guillotine Rotax Max is a mobile pneumatic valve that varies the height of the exhaust light. It allows to get a "full" engine at low speed while freeing all the power (about 7,500 rpm) when the valve opens. It is a critical piece that requires irreproachable cleanliness to avoid "holes" with acceleration.
