After over 20 years, today more than ever New Line is number one, as more and more enthusiasts prefer our brand.
This is thanks to cutting-edge products and a never-ending high-quality production that keeps offering new models designed to satisfy the demands of an expanding market that comprises all of Europe as well as the USA, Thailand, Russia, Japan and Jamaica.
New Line’s passion today is the same as it was at the beginning – and the same goes for quality and customer service, fundamental pillars of our activity. Today our output amounts to 2000 products each year, evenly divided between the karting sector, which remains our main area, and the automobile and quad sectors, now in expansion.
Our full-time staff includes only five people. Actual production involves two phases: first, the preparation of the semi-processed piece; second, the detailed completion of the radiator. On average, it takes 4 hours to make a single radiator.
Take absolute control over the temperature of your engine in all circumstances thanks to the New-Line Racing Full Radiator Curtainer Kit. Designed specifically to adapt to large-format radiators of the brand (Big 30x43x4 cm, Big-S1 and double models), This obscuring awning is the simplest, lightest and most reliable solution to adjust the air flow through the beam while you drive.
Designed in aeronautical quality materials, the curtain resists perfectly with splashes of gasoline, fats, box oils and high temperatures released by the radiator at full load. It moves perfectly vertically thanks to a High precision pulley and cable system, ensuring fluid sliding without any risk of jamming. Its installation is of great simplicity thanks to its Double end specific screws Supplied in the kit, which come directly to the structure of your new-line radiator.
Optimize the behavior and reliability of your motorization with the New-line complete engine platinum, now available in France at Magickart. Designed by the Italian Karting Cooling Specialist, this high-end plate is fully cut in the mass (CNC) in aeronautical quality aluminum. It displays an ultra-study weight of only 1 kg on the scale.
Its great strength lies in its internal architecture. The upper surface of the plate incorporates deep thermal dissipation channels that act as a contact radiator. This unique design allows you to capture and evacuate excess calories to offer a Best cooling of low engine. By lowering the temperature of the housings, you preserve the thermal alignment of your crankshaft bearings and optimize the performance of the pre-compression. This is the ideal accessory for liquid cooling engines like the IME X30 or the Rotax Maxbut also for air cooling blocks like the Iame KA100 which undergo strong temperature stresses at the crankcase.
The New-line 5x9mm mixing hose is specially designed for the requirements of competition karting. Its manufacture uses an exclusive composite material of great flexibility, formulated to withstand hydrocarbons without ever culing or yellowing prematurem
Machined from solids, the New Line Racing aluminum cap has been optimized to withstand higher pressure than traditional plastic models. The exhaust pipe output can be rotated to facilitate the attachment of the recovery tank.
Preserve your cooling system and adjust the inclination of your engine with surgical accuracy thanks to New-Line Full Fixing Kit for Narrow Radiator OTK. Designed by the Italian leader of competitive radiators, this set of high-end support offers ultra-rigid anchorage while insulating your micro-crack radiator caused by the chassis vibrations.
Specifically adapted to the templates of narrow radiators and the centerpieces of the group's seat tubes / frameworks OTK (Tony Kart, Kosmic, wished, LN ...), this complete kit makes it easy to adjust the degree of inclination of your cooling matrix. In tingling the radiator backwards, you maximize the air penetration to cool the liquid in summer; By removing it, you adapt the temperature during cooler sessions. Completed 100% complete with its reinforced rubber silentblocks and stainless steel hardware, it guarantees a perfect "plug & play" mounting without any mechanical deformation.
Ensure optimal power transmission to your cooling circuit with the New-Line Turbo official water pump belt. Specially designed to complement the performance of the Turbo high efficiency water pump and the Power Saver training system, this toothed belt permanently eliminates the yield losses related to smooth or round belt skating.
Available in three lengths (150 mm, 160 mm and 170 mm), it adapts precisely to the configuration of your chassis and at the distance of your pump with respect to the back shaft. Its reinforced structure resists high voltages, grease, fuel and extreme temperatures of the track without relaxing
The New-Line decompression tank is a versatile safety accessory designed for the management of excess karting fluids. This model is delivered ready for use with its length and mounting support.
TheNew-Line Durite Supportis the professional solution to organize and secure the passage of your cooling hoses along the seat. Made of high-strength plastic, this support prevents the durites from rubbing against the chassis or packaging, thus limiting the risk of premature wear or vibration drilling.
Its lightweight and robust design is specifically adapted to the constraints of competitive karting (KZ, X30, Rotax).
The New-Line recovery tank is an essential safety and cleanliness accessory for karting engines, including 4-stroke engines or 2-stroke engines equipped with air vents (such as the New-Line recovery tank). Rotax or the IAME Swift).
Optimize the behavior and thermal of your kart with the Platinum New-Line inclined. Specifically designed for engines Rotax, Iame and air cooled blocks such as KA100 from IAME, its openwork and inclined design greatly facilitates cooling while adapting perfectly on the chassis OTK.
The New Line RS Big + Fixing radiator is an essential component for karting engines, designed to provide optimal cooling performance. With its large dimensions of 290x430x35mm, this radiator combines a radiating mass of the latest generation, allowing to increase cooling up to 10% and reduce the total weight to 20%. It is ideal for karting drivers looking to improve the performance and durability of their engine.
Guarantee optimal cooling to your mechanics, even in the heart of the summer, thanks to Main Water Radiator New Line Big Max. Designed by the world leader in refrigeration in Karting Competition, this model is the "big brother" of the New-Line range. Direct evolution of the famous RS model, the Big Max has been developed for the specific purpose of satisfying the requirements of pilots evolving under very high ambient temperatures.
Placed to the left of the driver (opposite the engine), the Big Max radiator has a exceptional width of 29 cm, offering an increased grid surface to maximize the air / water heat exchange. Its operation is a formidable efficiency: the boiling water from the motor passes through the internal aluminum resil, instantly cools with the speed of the speed air, then goes down to the motor to stabilize the block at its maximum efficiency temperature.
Dedicated to its beginnings to the categories KZ at speed, the Big Max radiator is now recommended for All categories of karting (KZ, X30, RotaxOK) As soon as summer temperatures exceed the normal season.
The precursor of all the production New Line Racing. Indeed, the R was the first model produced by the Italian society in 1998, and is always one of its most sold products. He immediately established the New-Line Racing production guidelines: the quality and the greatest attention to detail.
Push the boundaries of your cooling system with the latest factory development of the Italian brand: the New-Line Turbo water pump. Designed to meet the demands of the highest competition engines, this outer pump ensures a brewing of the coolant with unparalleled efficiency.
Its high efficiency internal architecture maximizes the flow of water through the radiator and the high-engine while eradicating the cavitation phenomenon (formation of insulating air bubbles). By guaranteeing a 100% homogeneous fluid and without flow failure, the Turbo pump decreases the overall operating temperature of your engine and prevents heat-related die declines.
