Starting from a traditional Big, the engineers of the Italian company have developed a double cooling circuit. Basically, the double radiator is divided into two parts, inside the tanks, the two upper and lower. In doing so, the water enters the top and reaches only the outer part of the radiator, that is to say the farthest area of the driver. From there, it goes down through the core of the radiator and undergoes a first temperature drop. Once at the bottom, in the lower tank, it moves up through an outer tube in welded aluminum and is heading towards the second part of the radiator, the one closest to the driver's seat. The water comes down again from the top of the radiator down and undergoes a second cooling cycle before heading for the motor with the action of the water pump.

Compared to the BIG, which it derives, it undoubtedly offers better performances in terms of cooling, although it requires more care and skill when assembling and when bleeding the system.

Additional optimization of the airflow is obtained using a series rear deflector capable of turning the hot air from the rear tire and facilitating its flow from the back of the radiator.
