This guillotine is the official piece for engines 125 Rotax Max (Senior, Master, Junior). Its function is simple but vital: in the low position, it favors the couple to get out of tight turns; In high position, it releases the gas flow to reach maximum peak speed.

1. Mounting: Insert the guillotine into the cylinder by being careful in the sense (the beveled part down). Check that the seal is flat to avoid oil leaks.

2. The adjustment of the wheel: The black wheel on top manages the spring voltage.

   • Visse (clockwise direction): The valve opens later (better for winding tracks).

   • Unscrew: The valve opens sooner (better for straight lines).
