Brake Cooling Air Conveyor OTK (Origin)
The air conveyor OTK is an essential aerodynamic accessory to maintain the performance of your BSZ, BSS or BSD braking system. By directing a constant fresh air flow directly on the brake bracket and disc, it prevents overheating of the brake fluid and extends the life of your pads, even during the most intensive brake applications.

Compatibility: Specifically designed for group chassis OTK (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, Redspeed, Gillard, EOS).
Material: High-strength plastic, flexible and lightweight, able to absorb vibrations and gum projections.

Essentials with your conveyor OTK :
Brake fluid DOT 5.1 or High Temperature: For maximum efficiency in addition to air cooling.
Brake blisters OTK Origin: They are designed to work in a specific temperature range that the conveyor helps stabilize.
Nylon clamps (Rilsan): Plan a few backups to ensure the attachment in case of impact on a vibrator.
A little pro secret: Check regularly that the conveyor is not obstructed by gum debris (pick-up). A blocked conveyor is useless! At Magickart, we systematically install this accessory on our competition karts, it is the assurance of a constant braking from the first to the last lap."
Tuto : Mounting and Maintenance of the Conveyor
Positioning: Orient the conveyor opening towards the front of the kart, in the air flow cleared by the lateral pontoon.
Fixing: Use the intended mounting points on the stirrup OTK. Make sure it does not touch the brake disc, even in case of strong vibrations.
Alignment: The air flow must strike the stirrup to cool the pistons and liquid while sweeping part of the disc.
Cleaning: After each session, a blow blowout inside the conveyor allows to evacuate brake dust and gravel.
