"The 'Red' version of sintered metal is the top for the competition, but be careful with running! My expert advice: Don't ever go all the way to a qualifying session with new platelets. It takes about 3 to 4 laps of pedal 'lechage' for the plate to perfectly fit the surface of the disc.

A little pro secret: when you change your pads, take advantage of it to clean the pistons of your calipers with a little brake cleaner and a soft toothbrush. If the brake dust accumulates, the pistons do not fit properly and your pads may remain 'sleek' on the disc, causing your rear shaft to heat for nothing. With Sinter pads well mounted on your Energy or Croc, you will have a trapper braking!"
