Put the kart on his stand trolley. Drain the cooling circuit. Remove the cylinder head nuts, then gently remove the cylinder up to release the piston access.

Insert the oiled cage from 19.6 mm wide into the bore of the rod. Present the new piston (attention to the direction of the arrow oriented towards the exhaust), slide the axis through the piston and the cage. Install new piston clips, remove the protective cloth, reassemble your cylinder with a new base gasket and tighten the cylinder head to the recommended torque.
