Designed specifically for high-performance karts in the categories OK and KZ, this kit is strategically mounted on the part front of the chassis. It acts as a sacrificial shield, protecting the lower tubes from impacts with the vibrators, from abrasion against the track and premature wear.

ℹ️ Important note: Universal, this kit fits the vast majority of 125cc gearbox (KZ) and direct-drive (OK) kart chassis on the market.

Description and Features

• Crucial Role: The front tubes of the chassis are the most exposed to impacts. This kit absorbs impact energy and prevents the tube from wearing out, does not crack or deform.

• High-Strength Material: Made from an ultra-durable engineering plastic polymer that is highly resistant to abrasion and impact, ensuring a long lifespan.

• Universal Design: The shape of the pads is designed to perfectly follow the curves of standard chassis tubes (generally 30 mm or 32 mm in diameter,) allowing installation on most kart brands (CRG, Tony Kart, BirelArt, Sodi, etc..)

• Aerodynamics: Shaped to avoid disrupting the airflow beneath the kart.

• Editing: Easily attached using cable ties or rivets (not included, see “Michel’s Tip.”

"Michel, our chassis expert, recommends: A chassis worn down by kerbs loses rigidity and performance, and may even be rejected during the technical inspection. This kit is an inexpensive form of insurance. For installation, if you do not wish to drill through the chassis tube (which is not recommended), use wide metal hose clamps (Serflex type) or very robust plastic cable ties (large Colson type). Remember to place a piece of old hose or thick adhesive tape between the clamp and the tube to prevent it from turning. For an even more durable attachment, some mechanics use Sika-type adhesive sealant."
