"Michel, our chassis expert, recommends: Choosing the length of the rear hub is an important chassis setup adjustment in karting. A longer hub will tend to stiffen the rear of the kart, increasing grip but potentially causing excessive “grip” (binding). A shorter hub will provide more flexibility. For installation, make sure the axle and hub bore are clean and lightly lubricated with a dry lubricant to facilitate adjustment and prevent seizing. Tighten the screws evenly.

⚠️ Conseil de sécurité: Always check the tightness of your hubs before every track session. A loose hub could damage your driveshaft and cause the wheel to come off, endangering your safety and that of the other drivers.
