The Pendulum Rotax Max 50 teeth is a precision piece located behind the clutch housing. It ensures the perfect synchronization between the crankshaft and the balancing tree. Its role is to cancel the first-order vibrations generated by the movement of the piston, thus ensuring a fluid motor operation and protecting all the peripheral components.

The Sliding gear 27 teeth made of white plastic is a piece of transmission of origin manufacturer (Original Rotax Racing). This technical gear settles inside the bas-engine to ensure the synchronized connection between the crankshaft and the balancing tree (pendulum) on all the engines of the range Rotax 125 Max (Junior, Senior, Master, DD2).

Designed in high-density white technical plastic lubricated by box oil, this gear fills an essential mechanical shock absorber role. The use of the polymer makes it possible to significantly reduce the operating noise of the motor and absorb high speed transmission micro-shocks, thus protecting the movable crew of the spurious vibrations. With its 27 teeth Perfectly calibrated, it guarantees a balancing distribution timing of absolute accuracy.

The 10.1x17x1 Calibration Washer (ref. 227280) is a technical washer used primarily at the water pump axis and internal engines of engines Rotax. Its precise dimensions (10.1 mm inner diameter, 17 mm outdoor and 1 mm thick) Adjust the lateral gap of the gears, thus avoiding excessive friction or parasitic movements that could damage the housings.

The Pion of water pump pinion (D4 x 15.8 mm) is the mechanical link axis that crosses the water pump shaft to secure the drive sprocket. With its diameter of 4 mm and its precise length of 15.8 mmHe acts as a transmission pin. It is he who physically transmits the rotary motion of the bottom motor to the propeller of the water pump.
