🎓 TUTO: assembly and precautions

1. Cleaning the axis: Make sure the transverse hole on the water pump shaft is clean and no burr.

2. Insertion: Slide the pawn (4x15.8) into the axle. It must be perfectly centered.

3. Alignment of the pinion: Present the water pump pinion by aligning the internal notch with the pawn. The pinion must snap off without forcing.

4. Securing: Once the pinion is in place, do not forget the wedge and the circlip who come to lock the set to prevent the pawn from getting out of his housing.
