"Listen well: the calibration of this pinion, it's sacred! On the 50 teeth pinion, you have a small mark mark. It must be perfectly aligned with that of the crankshaft pinion. If you shift with a single tooth, your engine will vibrate like a machine Washing in spinning and you will break everything! My advice: Check the condition of the teeth with each clutch revision. If they start to become 'pointed', change it immediately before it jumps."

🎓 TUTO: CALAGE AND MOUNTING

1. Alignment of landmarks: When reassembling, scrupulously align the mark engraved on the pendulum pinion with that of the motor gear. It's the "zero point".

2. Checking the wear: Clean the pinion to verify that no tooth do not patch. A damaged pinion can cause a cascading breakage in the gnat.

3. Lubrication: When closing the housing, make sure that the exact amount of oil (100ml of XPS or recommended box oil) to limit the friction between the teeth.
